Returns and refunds

The 30-day guarantee

You may return any RapidHeat order within 30 days of delivery. The unit should be in re-sellable condition with its remote and packaging. Try it as much as you like in that window — normal use does not void the guarantee.

How to start a return

1. Email support@rapidheatca.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We reply within 1 business day with a return authorisation and the return address.
3. Ship the parcel back with tracking.
4. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving it.

Return shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at your choice. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card used at checkout. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to display it. Sales tax is refunded in full. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.

Warranty

Every RapidHeat heater carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If the unit stops working within that period through no fault of your own, we replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage or use on non-standard voltage.

Return address
