1. Who we are

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or a price is listed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province. Payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe. Promotional prices apply only while shown on the site.

4. Delivery

We ship to Canadian addresses only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Safe use

RapidHeat is a supplementary electric room heater for indoor domestic use on a standard Canadian outlet. Do not cover it, do not use it with an extension cord or power bar, keep it clear of curtains and bedding, and follow the instructions supplied. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to those instructions.

6. Returns and warranty

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and 12-month warranty are set out in the returns policy and form part of these terms. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable provincial consumer protection law.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Content

All text, images and branding on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced without permission. Customer reviews reflect individual experience; heating performance depends on room size, insulation and outside temperature.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
