Shipping policy

Where we ship

We deliver to all ten provinces and all three territories. We do not ship outside Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Cost and speed

• Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
• Orders are processed within 1 business day.
• Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days to major centres.
• Remote and northern communities can take 7–12 business days.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment and a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. If your tracking has not updated in 5 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Duties and taxes

Because we ship domestically within Canada, there are no import duties or brokerage fees. Applicable GST, HST, PST or QST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping province.

Damaged, lost or wrong deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the unit and email support@rapidheatca.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at our cost. If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will open a carrier trace.

Address changes

We can change a shipping address only before the parcel ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
